About the role
Tessaline Systems is hiring a OIC Integration Lead — Fusion HCM for a multi-country implementation spanning OIC / OAC / APEX and Fusion Cloud.
What you will do:
- Map the current landscape and design the target solution across OIC Integration and Core HR
- Plan data conversion, reconciliation and cutover between the two platforms
- Coordinate functional, technical and business teams through SIT, UAT and go-live
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle applications, with delivery experience on both OIC / OAC / APEX and Fusion Cloud
- Hands-on OIC Integration, Core HR, Payroll
