Oracle Fusion Core HR Technical Lead

Zephyrine Logistics is hiring an Oracle Fusion Core HR Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Core HR - Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, onsite in Kochi.
