About the role
Aurenza Global Services is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Campus Solutions
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs, PeopleCode / App Engine
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Doha.
