About the role
Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Campus Solutions) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Campus Solutions
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, remote within Mexico.
