Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Campus Solutions)

Orvane Consulting is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Campus Solutions) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Campus Solutions and HCM - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Advisory engagement, onsite in Vadodara.
