About the role
Quantrix Product Labs is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Campus Solutions and HCM
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
