About the role
Nexabrook Software is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Benefits Administration) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Benefits Administration
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 31 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
