About the role
Gulfmark Infra Holdings is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Benefits Administration) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Benefits Administration
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
