About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Benefits Administration) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle PeopleSoft HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Benefits Administration
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
