About the role
Sutravia Hospitality is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management Techno-Functional Lead to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Absence Management and Talent Acquisition
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
