About the role
Desertrose Retail LLC is hiring a Freelance Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Absence Management and Talent Acquisition
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
