About the role
Stratavine Talent is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Absence Management
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Permanent engagement, remote within United Arab Emirates.
