Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director

Maplegrove Utilities is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — Global - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, fully remote.
