About the role
Pranit Steel & Alloys is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — Global Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — Global
- Experience with Qatar / Kuwait / Bahrain localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
