About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Lead to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on HCM and Payroll — North America
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 8 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
