About the role
Southwind Mining is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on HCM and Payroll — North America
- Experience with Europe (EU) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
Contract engagement, remote within Germany.
