About the role
Kalinga Motors is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Lead to join an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on HCM
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Advisory engagement, remote within India.
