About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (HCM) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on HCM
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
Advisory engagement, onsite in Hyderabad.
