Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (HCM)

Southwind Mining is hiring a Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (HCM) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on HCM - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher Contract to hire engagement, remote within India.
