Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Service Contracts)

Orchard Lane GCC is hiring an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Service Contracts) to join a migration onto Oracle EBS CX. What you will do: - Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement - Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows - Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on Service Contracts and Field Service - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF, BI Publisher Permanent engagement, hybrid in Tokyo.
