About the role
Kestrelline Digital is hiring an Oracle EBS CX Solution Architect (TeleService) to join the rollout of Oracle EBS CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleService and Service Contracts
- Working knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Permanent engagement, onsite in Chennai.
