Oracle EBS CX Programme Director

Northwyn Analytics is hiring an Oracle EBS CX Programme Director to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle EBS CX estate. What you will do: - Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use - Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design - Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on Service Contracts and Field Service - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, remote within India.
