About the role
Ravisha Workforce Partners is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS TeleService Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle EBS CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleService and Service Contracts
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder
Contract engagement, remote within India.
