About the role
Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Field Service Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS CX.
What you will do:
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on Field Service and TeleSales
- Working knowledge of SOA Suite
