About the role
Pinewell Capability Centre is hiring an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (TeleService) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleService
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF
Contract to hire engagement, onsite in Mumbai.
