About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring a Trainee Oracle EBS TeleSales Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS CX.
What you will do:
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleSales and TeleService
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder
Contract engagement, onsite in Toronto.
