Associate Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Techno-Functional Consultant

Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Compensation Workbench - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF Contract engagement, remote within India.
