Associate Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Compensation Workbench)

Talwind Insurance Services is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Compensation Workbench) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle EBS HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Compensation Workbench - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF Advisory engagement, onsite in Gurugram.
