Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director

Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join the rollout of Oracle EBS HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Advanced Benefits - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, onsite in Hyderabad.
