Halcyra Pharma is hiring a Freelance Trainee Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Advanced Benefits) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle EBS HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Advanced Benefits and Compensation Workbench - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder, SOA Suite Freelance contract: 12 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
