What you will do: - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 5–10 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Advanced Benefits - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF Freelance contract: 30 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
