Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Learning Management (OLM))

Lakeshore Health Network is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Learning Management (OLM)) to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Learning Management (OLM) and Advanced Benefits - Working knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, hybrid in Chicago.
