About the role
Quantrix Product Labs is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS Learning Management (OLM) Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM.
What you will do:
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Learning Management (OLM)
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL
Freelance contract: 29 weeks, 20 hours a week, remote — global.
