Sutravia Hospitality is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS iRecruitment Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on iRecruitment - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder Freelance contract: 22 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
