Trainee Oracle EBS Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant

Kestrelline Digital is hiring a Trainee Oracle EBS Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant to join an Oracle EBS HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Time and Labor (OTL) - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL Contract engagement, hybrid in Kochi.
