Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director

Thamesbridge Public Services is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle EBS HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, fully remote.
