Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Core HR) to join a greenfield Oracle EBS HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Core HR - Experience with South Africa localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of Workflow Builder - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 18 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
