About the role
Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS Core HR Techno-Functional Lead to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Core HR
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of ODI, Oracle Forms & Reports
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 24 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
