Pranit Steel & Alloys is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle Fusion Payroll Interface Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of Fast Formula, Groovy Freelance contract: 33 weeks, 30 hours a week, remote — global.
