Ravisha Workforce Partners is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Payroll Interface Lead to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of OIC - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 21 weeks, 20 hours a week, remote — global.
