Oracle Fusion Payroll Interface Technical Lead

Maplegrove Utilities is hiring an Oracle Fusion Payroll Interface Technical Lead to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface and Wellness - Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of BI Publisher, Redwood UX - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, onsite in Chennai.
