Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Strategic Workforce Planning)

Halcyra Pharma is hiring an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Strategic Workforce Planning) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Strategic Workforce Planning - Working knowledge of FBDI, Fast Formula Contract to hire engagement, remote within Saudi Arabia.
