About the role
Maplegrove Utilities is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Payroll Interface) to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface
- Experience with United Kingdom localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of Essbase / Calc Scripts, OIC
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, onsite in London.
