About the role
Ashwood Telecom is hiring an Associate Oracle Fusion Payroll Interface Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface
- Experience with Europe (EU) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
