About the role
Kestrelline Digital is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Payroll Interface) to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Permanent engagement, hybrid in Hyderabad.
