About the role
Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring a Trainee Oracle Fusion Workforce Scheduling Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Workforce Scheduling and Payroll Interface
- Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio, Essbase / Calc Scripts
