About the role
Talwind Insurance Services is hiring a Freelance Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Workforce Scheduling) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Workforce Scheduling
- Working knowledge of OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts
Freelance contract: 20 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
