About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring a Freelance Senior Oracle Fusion Absence Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Absence
- Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, REST APIs
Freelance contract: 28 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
