Gulfmark Infra Holdings is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Absence Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Absence and Time & Labour - Working knowledge of Fast Formula Freelance contract: 28 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
