Oracle Fusion Core HR Techno-Functional Lead

Brightmoor Advisory is hiring an Oracle Fusion Core HR Techno-Functional Lead to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Core HR and Payroll - Experience with Europe (EU) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of OTBI, HDL - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Advisory engagement, remote within Ireland.
